SGR Ep100 - Full Circle with The Jess, Mel, and Seth

Sober Guy Radio 100th Episode

Shane Ramer started Sober Guy Radio as a humble one man show in April 2014. Now the podcast has thousands of listeners and attracts high profile guests like Jack Canfield and Rich Roll.

Sober Guy Radio's 100th episode opens with a surprise arranged by Jess – a medley of past guests, close friends and family, and grateful fans with messages for Shane.

Then Shane, Jess, Mel, and Seth go back to the beginning, discussing how the idea for Sober Guy came about and what it was like first starting out. They talk about their favorite past episodes, how the show has developed, and who Shane dreams of interviewing in the future.

Shane thanks everyone who took the time to leave him a message. He says, "I was completely blown back by the love and support, and that I realize the glory goes to God, and not so much to me. I could not do anything, let alone stay sober, without Him."

Foundations Recovery Network

Foundations Recovery Network’s mission is to be the leader in evidence-based, integrated treatment for co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders through clinical services, education and research.

What makes the difference in recovery? How can one help a struggling person find his or her way to healing? Substance use and co-occurring mental health conditions provide a number of formidable obstacles that can keep individuals from living the healthy, happy lives that they deserve. What does it take to usher a person from the disease of addiction into long-term recovery?

At Foundations Recovery Network, we believe in providing evidence-based, integrated treatment and patient-centered care. We treat the whole person, mind, body and spirit. Because we treat both substance use and underlying mental health conditions, we are able to address the root causes of addiction and prepare individuals for a sustainable life in recovery.
