Agreement Between:
That Sober Guy / Shane Ramer / Sober Guy Victory Circle / That Sober Guy products and services ("we," "us," or "our") and the Member ("you" or "your").
1. Purpose
This Membership Agreement ("Agreement") outlines the terms, expectations, and services provided through the Sober Guy Victory Circle, an online community created to support men in quitting alcohol, improving mental and physical health, strengthening leadership, and maximizing performance in life, family, and business.
By joining the Sober Guy Victory Circle community or using any That Sober Guy products or services, you agree to abide by the terms outlined in this Agreement.
2. Services Provided
The Sober Guy Victory Circle may provide members with access to:
- Online community groups and discussions
- Weekly group calls or meetings
- Accountability and peer support
- Educational content related to sobriety, mindset, health, leadership, and personal growth
- Digital resources including videos, articles, guides, worksheets, and trainings
- Live events, webinars, workshops, and challenges
- Exclusive member content and announcements
Services, features, and offerings may change or evolve at any time.
3. Member Responsibilities
As a member, you agree to:
- Participate in the community respectfully and professionally
- Encourage and support fellow members
- Maintain confidentiality regarding personal information shared within the community
- Refrain from harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or harmful behavior
- Refrain from promoting excessive drinking, illegal activity, or disruptive conduct
- Follow all community standards, rules, and moderation policies established by That Sober Guy

5. Payments and Refunds
Membership fees, if applicable, are billed according to the selected membership plan.
Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the current refund policy established by That Sober Guy and the Sober Guy Victory Circle.
6. Privacy and Confidentiality
We respect your privacy. Personal information shared within the community should remain confidential among members.
That Sober Guy will make reasonable efforts to protect member information but cannot guarantee the actions of other community participants.
Members are encouraged to use discretion when sharing personal or sensitive information.
7. Termination of Membership
That Sober Guy reserves the right to suspend, remove, or terminate any membership at its discretion if a member violates community guidelines or engages in conduct that negatively impacts the community experience.
8. Limitation of Liability
That Sober Guy, Shane Ramer, the Sober Guy Victory Circle, and any affiliated products or services are not licensed medical, psychiatric, or addiction treatment providers.
Community participation and educational content are intended for informational and motivational purposes only and should not replace professional medical, mental health, or addiction treatment advice.
By participating, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your personal decisions, actions, health, and well-being.
9. Agreement Amendments
That Sober Guy reserves the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time. Continued participation in the community constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.

11. Testimonial & Marketing Consent
By participating in the Sober Guy Victory Circle or using That Sober Guy products or services, you grant permission for That Sober Guy to use voluntarily submitted testimonials, feedback, messages, wins, success stories, survey responses, comments, or community posts for marketing, educational, promotional, and advertising purposes.
Identifying information may be removed or limited at the discretion of That Sober Guy.
No compensation will be provided for the use of voluntarily submitted content.
By joining the Sober Guy Victory Circle community or using any That Sober Guy products or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this Membership Agreement.
